The Application is available worldwide but is intended for adults only (18 years or older). By using this Application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

"Offers": Refers to the tasks, promotions, or activities provided by third parties through the Application, which users can complete to earn points.
"Content": Refers to all information, text, graphics, photos, videos, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Application.
The Application is available worldwide but is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Application. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
You agree to use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Payment methods and rewards may vary from country to country according to local laws.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
AKM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Application.
To use the Application, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Each user is allowed to have only one account. Creating or using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all your accounts and forfeiture of all accumulated points and pending rewards.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
AKM reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate your account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be suspended or closed. The definition of "inactive" and the period after which an account may be considered inactive will be determined at our discretion and may be changed from time to time.
Users can earn points by completing offers, surveys, watching ads, or participating in other activities available on the Application. The number of points awarded for each activity is determined by AKM and may vary.
Points may be subject to expiration after a certain period of inactivity. The expiration policy will be communicated within the Application.
Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can only be redeemed for rewards available on the Application.
Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other user or account.
AKM reserves the right to adjust point balances if it determines, in its sole discretion, that points were earned through fraudulent, illegal, or improper means, or due to technical error.
The availability of rewards may vary based on your country of residence and applicable laws. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific reward.
After collecting a sufficient number of points, you can request to convert them into various rewards such as PayPal and Amazon gift cards. To request a reward, you must follow the procedures specified in the Application, which may include specifying the type of reward requested, providing the necessary information to receive the reward, and confirming your request.
You must have a sufficient number of points in your account to request the desired reward. Once a reward request is submitted, the corresponding points will be deducted from your account immediately. If your request is rejected for any reason, the points will be returned to your account.
We may ask you to provide additional information or complete additional verification steps before processing a reward request, especially for high-value requests or in case of suspicious activity. Failure to provide the requested information or complete verification steps may result in delay or rejection of your request.
We strive to process reward requests as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 5 business days. In some cases, this may coincide with weekly holidays (Friday and Saturday) or special occasions such as holidays, which may lead to additional delays.
We do not guarantee a specific processing time for any reward request, and we are not responsible for any delays in processing. We encourage you to submit reward requests well in advance of when you need them, especially during peak periods or holidays.
You will be notified via the Application or email when your request has been processed and the reward has been sent. It is important to ensure that your contact information is up-to-date and accurate to ensure proper receipt of notifications and rewards.
The Believe application is available worldwide, but payment methods and rewards available may vary from country to country based on local laws and regulations and service availability.
The use or withdrawal of digital currencies is expressly prohibited in countries where it is legally banned, such as Algeria and others. The user acknowledges their full responsibility for ensuring the legality of transactions in their region. Digital currency withdrawal options are only available in countries that legally support digital currencies, such as the United States and others.
When requesting a withdrawal, you will be required to accurately specify your country. We may also use automatic country verification technologies (Geo-IP) to enhance the verification of your location, not just relying on your selection. Any attempt to circumvent these mechanisms or provide false information about your location is considered a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account.
The Application or AKM does not bear any legal responsibility resulting from illegal use of the service by the user, and the user is fully responsible for complying with the laws of their country. If any violation of local laws is discovered, we reserve the right to report to the relevant authorities.
We make reasonable efforts to provide a variety of payment methods in each country, but we do not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method in all countries. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment method you choose is compatible with the laws and regulations in your country of residence.
We may ask you to provide proof of residence or other documents to verify your eligibility for certain payment methods. Failure to provide the required documents may result in restricting the payment options available to you.
We may impose minimum and maximum limits on the value of rewards that can be requested at one time or during a specified period. These limits may vary depending on the type of reward, your country of residence, your account level, and other factors.
The current withdrawal limits are displayed in the Application when submitting a reward request. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time at our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes to withdrawal limits, but it is your responsibility to review the current limits before submitting your request.

In exceptional cases, we may be able to cancel a request that has not been fully processed yet, but this is subject to our discretion and cannot be guaranteed. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment information when requesting rewards. This may include, but is not limited to, the email address associated with a PayPal account, digital currency wallet information, or the mailing address for receiving physical cards.
We are not responsible for any loss or delay resulting from your provision of inaccurate or incomplete payment information. Once the reward is sent to the address or account you provided, the transaction is considered complete on our part, and we have no further responsibility for your actual receipt of the reward.
All rewards issued through the Application are final and non-refundable, non-exchangeable, or non-transferable, unless expressly stated otherwise. Once a reward is issued, it cannot be converted back to points or exchanged for another reward.
In the event that you are unable to use a reward issued to you for any reason, we are not responsible for providing an alternative or compensation. Therefore, it is important to ensure that you choose the appropriate reward for your needs before submitting your request.
Some rewards, such as gift cards or discount codes, may be subject to an expiration period. It is your responsibility to use these rewards before they expire. We are not responsible for rewards that expire before use, and we do not provide any compensation or alternative for expired rewards.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the expiration date when issuing the reward, but it is your responsibility to review and understand the terms and conditions of each reward, including any time limitations.
We reserve the right to change, cancel, or replace the available rewards at any time at our sole discretion. This may include changing the value of rewards, conversion rates, eligibility requirements, or completely eliminating certain rewards.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes to the available rewards, but it is your responsibility to regularly review the available options. Any such changes will not affect rewards that have already been issued, but they may affect future reward requests.

Upon termination of your account, whether by you or by us, certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply, including but not limited to the provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and governing law.
The Believe application and all content and materials available through it, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, videos, software, designs, data, and other elements (collectively referred to as the "Content"), are owned by AKM or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws and international treaties.
You acknowledge and agree that the Application and Content contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You may not use any Content for any commercial purpose without obtaining prior written consent from AKM.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AKM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not grant you any rights to:
The name "Believe" and the Believe logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans associated with AKM or the Application (collectively, the "Trademarks") are trademarks or registered trademarks of AKM or its licensors or partners. You may not use or display the Trademarks in any manner without the prior written permission of AKM, nor may you use them in connection with any product or service not belonging to AKM, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits the Trademarks.
The Application may allow you to submit or post content, such as comments, opinions, reviews, or suggestions (collectively, "User Content"). By submitting or posting User Content, you grant AKM a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully transferable, and sub-licensable license to use, copy, modify, adapt, translate, publish, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your User Content in any media or distribution methods now known or later developed.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content from the Application at any time at our sole discretion, without notice and without any obligation to you.

If you provide any feedback, comments, suggestions, ideas, or other information relating to the Application ("Feedback"), you grant AKM an unlimited, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use such Feedback for any purpose, including but not limited to implementing the Feedback in the Application or in other products or services, and developing, marketing, and distributing products incorporating such Feedback.
The Application may include content licensed from third parties, including software, images, text, and other materials. This content is owned by its respective providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You must comply with all notices, restrictions, and terms related to such content.
We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including terminating your account, if you infringe any intellectual property rights of AKM or any third party. In case of repeated infringements, we may permanently ban you from using the Application.
The Believe application is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. AKM expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the Application is at your sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AKM and its employees, directors, officers, partners, and agents will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AKM or its employees, directors, officers, partners, or agents shall not be liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Before making any decisions based on information provided through the Application, you should consult with a qualified professional.
In the event of your breach of these Terms, monetary damages may be inadequate to compensate AKM for the resulting harm. Accordingly, AKM reserves the right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in addition to monetary damages.
The failure of AKM to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
AKM may send notices related to the Application or these Terms via email, text messages, in-app notifications, or regular mail. Such notices may include information about changes to the Terms, Application updates, security information, or other important information.
If you notice any violation of these Terms by another user, or any inappropriate or illegal content on the Application, please report it to us immediately. We take such reports seriously and will take appropriate action at our sole discretion.
AKM is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or content of any other user or third party. You waive and release AKM from any and all claims and damages, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with any claim you have against any other user or third party.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any lawsuit or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, national, and international laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of the Application.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement between you and AKM arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Application, you should first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct communication with AKM. If the dispute is not resolved satisfactorily through direct communication, the next step will be mediation. A neutral mediator will be appointed by mutual agreement between the parties, and the costs of mediation will be shared equally.
If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, either party may resort to arbitration or file a lawsuit in accordance with applicable laws. You agree that any legal proceedings will be conducted exclusively in the competent courts, and you voluntarily submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for the purpose of litigating any such action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute between you and AKM will be resolved on an individual basis only, and not as a plaintiff or member in any class, collective, or representative action or proceeding. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action or representative action against AKM.
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Application must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose. If not filed within this period, the claim or cause of action will be permanently barred.
All legal notices to AKM must be in writing and sent to the email address or postal address provided in these Terms. All legal notices to you may be sent to the email address or postal address associated with your account.
In the event of your breach of these Terms, monetary damages may be inadequate to compensate AKM for the resulting harm. Accordingly, AKM reserves the right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in addition to monetary damages.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, strikes, labor disputes, power outages, communications or internet failures, acts of government authorities, or similar events.

Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes to Application features, registration procedures, account requirements, point earning mechanisms, reward options, privacy policies, and any other aspects of the Application or its use.
We reserve the right to make these changes without prior notice, although we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any material changes before they become effective.
When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you through one or more of the following methods:

Your continued use of the Application after the posting of modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Application and close your account.

In addition to modifying these Terms, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any part of it, temporarily or permanently, at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, adding or removing features, changing point earning rates, modifying available reward options, and updating the user interface.
We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Application.
When making modifications to these Terms, we may retain previous versions for reference. However, the current version posted on the Application is the version in effect and binding.
If you wish to access a previous version of these Terms, you may contact us to request it. However, we do not guarantee the availability of all previous versions.
Even after termination of these Terms or your account, certain provisions will continue to be in effect, including but not limited to provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and any other provisions which by their nature should survive termination.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and AKM regarding your use of the Believe application, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written, regarding the subject matter of these Terms.
These Terms cannot be modified or changed except as expressly provided in the "Modifications to Terms" section. Any alleged waiver of any provision of these Terms will not be effective unless it is in writing and signed by the waiving party.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to create or shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and AKM. Each party is acting as an independent contractor and has no authority to bind the other party in any way.
You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under these Terms, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without obtaining prior written consent from AKM. Any attempt to assign your rights without such consent will be void. AKM may assign its rights under these Terms without restriction.
All notices related to these Terms must be in writing and will be deemed properly given when sent via email to the address you provided during registration, or when posted on the Application, or when sent by registered mail to the postal address you provided, if any.
AKM will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, forces or causes beyond human control, interruptions of communications or power, shortages of labor or materials, strikes, terrorism, war, riots, civil disturbances, government restrictions, public health emergencies, pandemic, or any similar event.
The section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
All provisions that by their nature should survive termination of these Terms shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
The failure of AKM to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will not be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.

In the event of a conflict between the Arabic version and the translated version of these Terms, the Arabic version shall prevail.
By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Application immediately.
